A healthy diet plan

A healthy diet plan that doesn’t control your life is hard to find. Many diets have strict schedules you have to adhere to. Schedules and exact meal frequencies, calorie counting, portion control, point control, percentage based diet plans or leaving out certain food groups. It doesn’t have to be like this however and it’s not necessary.
